Complete Your Florida MMUR Registration
After completing your in-person evaluation with our Florida medical marijuana doctor, your provider will enter your information, physician certification, and medical marijuana orders into Florida's Medical Marijuana Use Registry.
Once your provider has added you to the Registry, you can complete your application for your Florida MMUR Identification Card. Florida requires qualified patients to be entered into the Registry by a qualified physician before they can apply for their card.
New Patient Instructions
Step 1: Watch for Your MMUR Emails
After your physician enters you into the Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry, the Office of Medical Marijuana Use will send emails to the email address you provided.
These emails will contain the information you need to access your MMUR account. Your username is generally the email address provided to your physician.
Step 2: Log Into the Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry
Go to the Florida MMUR:
Florida MMUR Login:https://mmuregistry.flhealth.gov/
Once logged in:
Manage Your Information → Patient Card → Begin Initial Application
Florida allows you to begin the initial application once your qualified physician has entered you into the Registry.
Step 3: Complete Your Application
Review your personal information and provide the required:
- Photo
- Proof of Florida residency
- Electronic signature
- State application payment
If your Florida driver's license or state ID information matches the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles database, your photo and residency information may be pulled into the application automatically.
Step 4: Pay the State Fee
The Florida MMUR Identification Card application fee is:
$75 State Application Fee
+$2.75 online convenience fee
Credit cards and eChecks are accepted for online applications.
Step 5: Submit Your Application
Once everything is complete, electronically sign your application and select:
Submit My Card Application
Then complete your payment.
Your application should show as Submitted when the process is complete.

How Long Does Florida MMUR Approval Take?
Florida states that online applications take an average of approximately 10 business days for approval.
Applications using information automatically verified through the Florida driver's license/state ID system may be processed more efficiently.
