Apply for a License

On the Virginia DOH website, locate and click on the option for 'Apply for
a License' or 'Register.'

Create a Username and Password

Create a username and password for your account to log in. Follow the
prompts to complete the registration process.

Log In Using Your Newly Created Credentials

Log in using the username and password you just created.

Patient Registration

From the options provided, select 'Patient Registration.'

Fill Out the Initial Application Form

Ensure to choose 'patient' and 'medical cannabis' from the dropdown
menus.

Enter Your Certification Details Accurately
