Renewing Patient Instructions
Log in to CURT
Visit the CURT website and log in using your username and password.
Renew Registration
On the CURT homepage, find and click on the option for 'Renew
Registration.'
Verify Personal Information
Confirm that your personal information on file is accurate. Update any
changes if necessary.
Review Physician's Prescription
Ensure that the details of your physician's prescription are still valid and up
to date.
Submit Renewal Request
Click on the 'Submit Renewal' button to request the renewal of your
registration.
Await Renewal Confirmation
Wait for confirmation of your renewal request via email or through the
CURT system. This typically takes a few days.
