Renewing Patient Instructions
Access the OMMA Website
Log in to your account on the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority
(OMMA) website.
Review Personal Information
Review your personal information on file and make any necessary updates.
Complete Renewal Application
Fill out the renewal application form, providing updated medical
information and any changes to your personal details.
Select Fee Option
Choose the appropriate fee option based on your insurance coverage. If
you have Medicaid or Medicare, select the reduced fee option.
Pay Renewal Fee
Pay the non-refundable renewal fee of $100 (plus a $4.30 credit card
processing fee) or the reduced fee of $20 (plus a $2.50 credit card
processing fee) if eligible. Ensure your payment information is correct
before proceeding.
Submit Renewal Application
After completing the renewal application and payment, submit it online.
Wait for Processing
The OMMA will process your renewal application promptly.
Receive Updated Approval
Upon approval, you will receive a notification of your renewal via email or
mail.
Download Updated Medical Marijuana Card
Once approved, download and print your updated medical marijuana
card from the OMMA website. This card will extend your legal access to
medical marijuana for another two years

The OMMA processes applications within 14 business days of receiving both the application and payment.
