Visit the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) website to begin
your application process.

Complete Application Form

Fill out the online application form accurately. Provide all necessary
personal information and medical history details.

Select Fee Option

Choose the appropriate fee option based on your insurance coverage. If
you have Medicaid or Medicare, select the reduced fee option.

Pay Application Fee

Pay the non-refundable application fee of $100 (plus a $4.30 credit card
processing fee) or the reduced fee of $20 (plus a $2.50 credit card
processing fee) if eligible. Ensure your payment information is correct
before proceeding.

Submit Application

After completing the application and payment, submit your application
online.

Wait for Processing

The OMMA processes applications promptly, usually within 14 business
days.

Receive Approval

Upon approval, you will receive a notification of your approval via email or
mail.

Obtain Medical Marijuana Card

Once approved, you can then download and print your medical marijuana
card from the OMMA website. This card will be valid for two years.
