Receive Certification

If deemed appropriate by your healthcare provider, you will receive a
certification for medical cannabis use, which includes a registry ID. This ID
can be used immediately to purchase medical cannabis with a
government-issued photo ID.

Access the Online Portal

Visit the New York State Medical Marijuana Program's online portal to start
the registration process.

Create an Account

Click 'Create an Account' on the portal's homepage and provide accurate
personal information and a secure password.

Complete the Application

Fill out the application form with all required details, including information

Submit the Application

Submit your completed application online. Note that there is no fee to
