Update Personal Information

Log into the Montana Medical Marijuana Program renewal portal. Review
your personal information on file and update any details if necessary.

Renew Physician Certification

Schedule a visit with your physician to renew your certification for medical
marijuana use. Make sure your physician completes the new certification
accurately.

Access the Online Renewal Application

While still logged in, access the renewal application form. Update your
medical information and any changes to your personal details.

Upload Updated Documents

Take clear photos or scans of new documents required for the renewal,
such as your new physician certification and updated proof of residency.

Submit the Renewal Application

Ensure all information is updated and correct, then submit the renewal
application online.

Pay the Renewal Fee

Pay the non-refundable renewal fee of $20 using a valid credit or debit
card.

Wait for Processing

The renewal application will be processed within 30 days. The Department
of Public Health and Human Services will check all submitted information
and documents.

Receive Your Updated Medical Marijuana Card

Once your renewal is approved, you will receive an updated medical
marijuana card in the mail. This card will extend your medicinal access for
another year from the date of issuance
