New Patient Instructions
Access the Registration Website
Navigate to the Maryland Medical Cannabis Control (MMCC/OneStop) to begin your registration process.
Complete the Registration Form
Fill out the short registration form on the website with the required details.
Log In to Your Account
Once you have completed the registration form, you will be prompted to log into your newly created account.
Upload Required Documents

Save Important Information
If approved, save the email as it contains crucial information:
- Your Username for logging into the Patient registry (OneStop Portal).
- Your MCA Patient ID Number, necessary for your physician and when purchasing medical cannabis.
Obtain Written Certification
Once approved, visit your physician to obtain a written certification for medical cannabis using your MCA Patient ID Number.
Purchase Medical Cannabis
With your written certification, you can visit a licensed dispensary to purchase medical cannabis. Remember to provide your Patient ID Number at the dispensary
