Renewing Patient Instructions
Create an Account
Log into your account on the Connecticut Business Network Portal.
Access Registration Forms
Once logged in, select “State Regulations, Services, and Forms.”
Navigate to Medical Marijuana Registration
Click on “Medical Marijuana Registration,” then choose “I am a
patient” to proceed to the patient registration section.
Complete the Registration Form
