New Patient Instructions

 

Create an Account

Go to the Connecticut Business Network Portal. Create an account by entering your first and last name, email address, and a password, then click "Submit."

Activate Your Account

Check your email for a message from the portal. It will contain a link to activate your account. Click on the link to proceed.

Log In

After activating your account, return to the website and click on
"Login" to access your new account.

Navigate to Registration

Once logged in, click on "State Regulations, Services, and Forms."
From there, select "Medical Marijuana Registration." Identify as a Patient in the registration section, click on "I am a patient." This will direct you to the patient-specific registration process.

Complete Your Registration

Fill out the registration form as prompted. You will need to upload a digital copy of your driver's license and proof of residency during this step.

Submit Your Application

Receive Your Card
