Review Information

Upload Documents

Pay Renewal Fee
Pay the non-refundable $50 renewal fee using a valid payment method.
Download Updated Digital Medical Card
Once approved, download your updated digital medical card. Save it on your mobile device or print it out. You will not receive anything in the mail.
Continue Accessing Medical Marijuana
Your renewed digital medical card allows you to continue purchasing medical marijuana from licensed dispensaries in Ohio for another year.
The OMMCP application fee is $50 and non-refundable through the Ohio Medical Marijuana Registry. You can download your digital medical card to save on your mobile device or print it out. Ohio's Division of Cannabis Control does not issue physical cards. Medical marijuana cards are valid for one year from the date of issuance, and annual certification renewal through the state registry is required.
